Proven methods to generate more face-to face appointments with prospects and to convert those prospects into enrollments. 

We believe “face-to-face” is the most effective way in converting leads to students.  We also believe that school instructors and staff should spend their time doing what they do best – teaching, promoting upgrades and closing sign ups from appointments.  The services we provide are designed to help you in every step of the lead conversion progress and allow you to focus on your school.

services include:

Event Planning and Scheduling:
MAMS will locate schools, libraries, daycares civic events, theaters and many other venues for talks on safety, bullies, goal setting, respect, confidence, self-defense and martial arts demonstrations. This process is based on discussions with you about the types of events and areas you want to target. MAMS will contact and arrange the event based on your schedule.

Lead Conversion and Follow Up:
MAMS will assist in following up on the leads you generate by calling those leads to set up appointments at your school for face-to-face meetings.  A critical factor to successfully turning leads into sign ups is the timely follow up and calling of those leads to schedule appointments.  The longer you wait to call a lead, interest is lost, important closing points are forgotten and the less likely you are to convert that lead into an appointment.  We will call each lead up to ten times per week for four weeks. All our callers are martial arts students (many with children in martial arts) which adds first hand experience and sincerity to their calls.  MAMS utilizes scripts supplied by you or proven in-house scripts developed by Master Lee and Miss Lee.  The goal is getting an appointment with the prospect for a face-to-face meeting with you or your enrollment director. It also doesn’t work for prospects to call the same phone number used by students. In general, the person taking these calls is hugely distracted because they are trying to do several things at the same time – or worse, the calls go to voicemail.  MAMS provides a separate toll free number for prospects returning calls.  When a call is received, MAMS callers are focused only on the information, details and responses to effectively convert that call to an appointment.  


Inbound Phone Answering:

If you are unable to answer your school’s phones and still want a live person answering, you can forward your calls to MAMS.  Many callers will not leave messages - how many potential students are you losing by not having a live person answering your phones?  Many schools have been taking advantage of this service.  All that is required is that you tell us when you do it.  


Marketing Ideas, Reference Website and Live Calls:
MAMS provides marketing ideas, templates, letters, forms and written procedures (and videos) on how to successfully conduct an event.  The focus of the marketing can change each month based area school schedules (start, end, summer vacation), holidays, seasonal activities or news events that concern parents.  You can download this information at any time. We also talk with you each week in person to discuss upcoming events, past results, new ideas and issues that may arise. You will also have one-on-one access to Tom Callos and Master Chan Lee to discuss strategies specific to your school.  This not a box program with a “one model fits all” approach – we will focus the issues, problems and goals of your school.

Our services also include access to The New Way Network Staff University.  This site contains information on student retention and upgrades, maximizing the value of mat time for students, staff training, managing the adminstrative aspects of a school and a special owner section that focuses on running a school effectively and profitably.


Access to the Top Schools and Instructors in Martial Arts:
You will have access to the weekly Strictly Business and The New Way Network teleseminars in which Master Chan Lee, Tom Callos, Al Oelschlaeger and guest instructors discuss topics and answer live questions about the issues affecting your school.  You will hear what other schools are doing to increase enrollment during challenging economic times, running successful events, staff development and other challenges that school owners face.

All these services and information for about $20 per day. Normally, you would need to hire three different people to perform all these activities. Could you hire and train experienced people for that rate?  What are you or your staff usually doing between 4PM and 8PM which is the prime time to follow up on leads? In many schools the telephone isn’t near the powerful marketing tool it should be ---because not enough time is available for making calls (due to the time required to deal with all the other aspects of running a martial arts school) and the people making the calls aren’t very effective (for many reasons including time, distractions, availability during prime hours and training).
